At Ambassadors Services, all staff members undergo a scrupulous professional evaluation including a criminal background check, drug testing, tuberculosis screening, a yearly physical, skills assessment, and professional reference review.

All hands-on caregivers complete orientation training and skills review prior to entering a client’s home. We require proof of legal immigration status and employment authorizations for our staff. We also conduct regular performance reviews and strive for excellence in all aspects of home care.

We provide home care services from 3 to 24 hours per day and arrange respite care to allow unpaid family members and professional caregivers to obtain much-needed relief. Our experienced and compassionate nurses routinely assess clients, develop a customized plan of care, communicate with the family and care team, and train and supervise our caregivers.

Our caregivers assist clients with daily chores and personal care needs. Having this help in the home often makes the difference between feeling alone and helpless or feeling comfortable and secure in familiar surroundings.

Personalized Care
Our skilled caregivers provide one-on-one medical care and respond to your changing healthcare needs, with the goal of improving the quality of life for the individual and their families. Best of all, care can be provided in the comfort of the client’s own home.

Licensed Caregiver
We interview all nurses and run local and national criminal records, reference checks, license verifications, and more. Our caregivers are required to maintain a professional liability insurance policy in addition to the one held directly by Ambassadors Services.

24 Hour Support
Our team is available 24/7 to assist with your nursing needs. When you join Ambassadors Services, you are guaranteed to receive timely answers to all of your questions, whether you have an immediate need or want to inquire about a long- or short-term contract.

Flexible Scheduling
Each client has unique needs—some may require around-the-clock care, while others may need a weekly check-in. We find the nurse best suited to your changing health needs. For healthcare staffing, nurses are available for per diem, short-term, long-term, or direct hire assignments.
